We’re so proud to have 32 programs underway this term and we’re already looking forward to seeing you at our Big Shows. We’re so excited to get back onstage this semester, and we invite you all to join us for an insider look at these performances at our workshop, Behind the Big Show!
If you’re new to in-person Big Shows or looking for a refresher on how it goes down, or come hang out with our amazing YS actor community at Behind the Big Show!
At this workshop / meet + greet, together we will:
Cover the “Run of Show” for YS Big Shows
Learn best practices for YS elementary and middle school Big Shows
Practice participating in a Big Show by performing sample student scripts
Connect with other actors and YS staff
Sign up to act in Big Shows this spring! (And if you’re a Head Mentor, recruit actors for your Big Shows!)
P.S. We will have a calendar of Spring 2024 Big Show performances at the workshop. If you sign up at the event for one or more Big Shows, you’ll be entered into a raffle to win some cool YS merch!
